Get Your Letterman Jacket

Greetings, Morse Athletes!  This page has all the information you need to purchase a letterman’s Jacket

Purchasing your jacket:

The recommended vendor is:

Champion T-Shirts 858.566.3395 (talk to Vinny or Ralph) and schedule a time to visit their shop and order the jacket. 

When you arrive, you will need the following:

• Your size
• The name you want on the front and back of the jacket 
• The font you’d like the writing to be in
• Your payment

When you become a varsity athlete, complete your first season, and are ready to purchase your letterman Jacket,  Coach McNair will give you the large M letter for the jacket.

Additional patches are usually available for purchase at invitationals, league finals, sectionals, state meets, and other competitions.

The Scholar Athlete patch is given to athletes with a GPA of 3.0 and higher. Coach McNair will give this to you.

Varsity “bars” can be added to your jacket starting your second year on Varsity (so, no bar is given for your first season, but one bar is given for each subsequent season you make Varsity for each sport)

Champion T-Shirts will have the sport-specific patches and the graduating year patch they can give you.

Once you receive your embroidered jacket, gather up all of the patches and have them sewn on the jacket. You will need to find a tailor to sew the patches on your jacket.

You will need to know where to place your patches, so discuss that with your parents.
