The crowd at Thursday’s non-league contest between the Morse Tigers (San Diego, CA) and the visiting Hoover Cardinals (San Diego, CA), witnessed Morse’s flag football squad knock off Hoover by a tally of 34-6.

The Tigers (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against San Diego (San Diego, CA). The Cavers enter the City – Eastern contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, San Diego was toppled by Clairemont (San Diego, CA), 26-0, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Cardinals battle the Canyon Hills Rattlers (San Diego, CA) in a City – City contest, on Tuesday, September 22. Hoover will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Rattlers enter the contest with a 2-8 record after their 19-7 non-league loss to Christian (El Cajon, CA).
